Align Again is a self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and it is not designed for use in a crisis.
What Align Again Is — and Isn't
Align Again helps you notice, name, and track your emotions over time. The mood logs, questionnaires, insights, and AI-generated reflections it provides are intended to support your personal wellbeing practice. They are not:
- Medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- A substitute for care from a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or physician.
- A medical device or a clinically validated screening or assessment tool.
- A crisis intervention or emergency service.
AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate, and it cannot understand your full situation. Always use your own judgment, and consult a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read in Align Again.
If You Are in Crisis
If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, are experiencing a mental health emergency, or feel unsafe, do not use this app — get help right away:
- In the United States: call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7, free, and confidential. In an immediate emergency, call 911.
- Outside the United States: find a crisis helpline in your country at findahelpline.com, or contact your local emergency services.
Talk to a Professional
If difficult emotions are persistent, intense, or interfering with your daily life, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional. Self-reflection tools like Align Again work best alongside — never instead of — professional support when it's needed.
